1988 Dr. Thomas Borody4 performed his first FMT and has since published extensively on the use of FMT across a range of conditions

Early 2010’s5-7 FMT came to prominence in the treatment of the epidemic Clostridium Difficile in North America and Europe with clinical trials indicating a ~90% cure rate

2017 Dr. James Adams8 and team at Arizona State University published the first FMT trial on the use of FMT for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) with encouraging results

2018 Dr. Jason Klop, ND first began accepting adult patients with a range of conditions to be treated with FMT

2019 Dr. James Adams and team9 published the 2-year follow-up FMT study which indicated a 80% improvement in GI symptoms and ~50% improvement in ASD related symptoms

2020 Dr. Klop, ND established his world-class state-of-the-art FMT manufacturing lab, exporting FMT products to FMT treatment centres
